Downtown

Athens Amici opened in July of 2004. A bit of a homecoming for the owners, since they are Georgia alumni. GO DAWGS! Located in the historic location of the old Rocky’s Pizzeria, Amici is about a block from the UGA arches. We have a full bar, live entertainment, and a space for private parties. Some of you may remember the toy train that circled the ceiling of the café; we have reestablished the Amici Railroad! Bring the kids down to enjoy a pizza while conducting the train, or watch the sunset while enjoying a chilly beverage and Amici hot wings on the street side patio. Weather you are out shopping in the varied retail stores grabbing a bite to eat or just enjoying the sights, downtown Athens has so much to offer.
