Athens Amici opened in July of 2004. A bit of a homecoming for the owners, since they are University of Georgia alumni - GO DAWGS! Located in the historic location of the old Rocky’s Pizzeria, Amici is about a block from the UGA arches. We have a full bar, with live entertainment and a space for private parties. 

Some of you may remember the toy train that circled the ceiling of the original café; we have reestablished the Amici Railroad! Bring the kids down and enjoy an Amici pizza while conducting the train, or watch the sunset while enjoying a chilly beverage and Amici hot wings on the street side patio. Whether you are out shopping in the various retail stores, grabbing a bite to eat, or just enjoying the sights, downtown Athens has so much to offer.
